Welcome to David Ashe’s “Sculptor of the Green.” Designed to display an impressive portfolio of artistic and architectural achievements, but also to share the passion and the vision of the man behind it all.
His expertise in golf course construction include: drawing the layout of the golf course and blueprints, marking, staking out, earthworks and drainage, to shaping, finishing, grassing and grow-in.
His specialty is the construction of PGA putting greens, tees and bunkers. He has worked in many varied and difficult conditions of terrain from arid and rocky, to dry and saline.
Internationally renowned Master Shaper David Ashe possesses over 25 years of experience in the design and shaping of PGA golf courses in the United States and abroad. He has worked extensively with architects and designers such as Arthur Hills, Rees Jones, R. T. Jones II, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Greg Norman, Gary Player, Steve Smyers, Ron Forse, Fry/ Straka, and various others.
